Does Larkya pick up the product I want to return from my location?
Currently, we pick up products only from selected PIN Codes. If your area pincode is serviceable, you will be able to select the pickup option when you create a Return Request on App/Website/.
We will pick up the return within 4 – 7 days from the request placement date.

What is the process for returns pick-up?

What are the general rules for a fruitful return?

If I got a wrong delivery (Customer got conveyance message, item not conveyed)
If at any case customer received a conveyance message and the product/item is not delivered, report the issue before 7 days from the date of conveyance. We will look into the issue and deliver it as soon as possible.
What are the products that cannot be returned?
Books, Bra Accessories, Briefs, Boxers, Lingerie Sets, Panty, Garter, Trunks and Vests cannot be returned or replaced.
